3.2. Return Shipping: Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) for return and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return package to the following address:

3.3. Tracking Information: Keep a record of the tracking information for your returned package. It is your responsibility to track the package until it reaches our returns department.
